What is MyWallet?
At Macron we like to keep things as simple as possible and when it comes to refunds it couldn’t get simpler, the Macron “MyWallet” system lets us easily refund credits to your “MyWallet” account to spend on any product on our website.
This simple system lets you also top up your “MyWallet” account with a simple click, so if you required a refund just let us know by phone or clicking our online form here and then package your garment and send it back to us.
Once we receive the garment an email will be sent to you confirming the refund, also you will receive a second email confirming your “MyWallet” account has been credited for the amount of the garment.
Your “MyWallet” account can be accessed through the “MyAccount” at the top of every page, you will need to be logged in with your username and password to see your “MyWallet” balance.
- Please note that returned products must be in the original packaging and all tags/labels in place.
- Personalised products with custom initials, badges or prints cannot be refunded
- Refunds and credit to your MyWallet account can take up to 14 days
- No cash/card refunds available only credits to MyWallet
